Diocesan Choir Festival
Sunday, May 18, 2025 at 4pm
St. James Cathedral is delighted to welcome singers from across the Diocese of Chicago (and beyond!) to join our choir for a special Evensong on Sunday, May 18. It is a special treat to welcome R. Walden Moore as our guest clinician. Walden will be in residence at St. James for the end of the choral season while Canon Director of Music Stephen Buzard is on sabbatical. Walden recently retired from an illustrious career as the Director of Music at Trinity-on-the-Green in New Haven, CT, and our choirs are excited to learn from his wisdom, musicianship, and humanity.
