April 01, 2016
A special presentation by art historian Richard Blackburn
Sunday, April 3, 10:00 a.m. in Kyle's Place Gallery
Our Sunday morning Dean's Forums resume Sunday, April 3 at 10:00 a.m. with a presentation by art historian Richard Blackburn titled Blessed Are Those Who Have Not Seen, Yet Believe: The Doubting of Thomas in Art. The Gospel reading for that Sunday is John 20:19-31, the story of Thomas, the disciple of Jesus, who upon hearing that Jesus had risen and had been seen said, "Unless I see the mark of the nails in his hands, and put my finger in the mark of the nails and my hand in his side, I will not believe."
