Refugee Journey Simulation

May 25, 2023

On Sunday, June 11, St. James Cathedral will host a Refugee Journey Simulation with Exodus World Service. Join us from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. for a thought-provoking and interactive experience! Our group will take on the roles of refugees forced to flee their homeland, making tough decisions along the way. We will:

  • Learn about who refugees are and how they get to the United States.
  • Be engaged physically and emotionally by this facilitator-led experience.
  • Gain a better understanding of a refugee’s complex and difficult journey.

This interactive event is open to participants of all ages. If you have any questions or would like to know more about the simulation, contact the Rev. Canon Steven Balke.
