1 in 5 adults and youth live with a mental health condition, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse disorders, and risk of harm to themselves or others. We can also teach people Mental Health First Aid to help friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors in times of mental health care needs.
The Rev. Canon Steven Balke, a certified Mental Health First Aid Trainer, will be leading a Mental Health First Aid training at St. James on Saturday, June 17, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. RSVP HERE.
