Uncaged Art Exhibit

The “Uncaged Art” exhibit, lent to the Sanctuary Task Force by the Diocese of San Joaquin and hosted by St. James Cathedral, will open to the public on Saturday, May 20 at 4 pm. The exhibit is comprised of beautiful and inspiring artwork by the children held in the Tornillo Detention Center in Texas between June 2018 and January 2019.
All are invited to the kick off of the exhibit on Saturday, May 20, at 4 p.m. in Kyle's place. After the kick off, the exhibit will remain in Kyle's Place and be open to the public Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Orb & Sceptre: Music for the Coronation

The choirs of Fourth Presbyterian Church and St. James Cathedral combine to present a concert of music from coronation services at Westminster Abbey. From Handel to Howells, Parry to Vaughan Williams, the coronations have summoned the best of British composers, inspiring such classics as I was glad and Zadok the Priest. This grand occasion is not to be missed!
